Welcome to the LUSTRE LOOK experience!

 Please take a few moments to read through and sign our Policies and Procedures, and Pre and Post Procedure Protocols.  We will also need a brief Client Profile and Health History and Procedure Consent Form filled out and signed in order to determine qualification for micropigmentation procedures.  Once you have submitted these four forms, a LL Licensed Permanent Cosmetic Practitioner (LPCP) will contact you to further discuss your procedure of choice and answer any remaining questions you may have.  Our LPCP will then schedule your procedure date and time and take a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit which will go towards your procedure.
