Welcome to the LUSTRE LOOK experience! Please take a few moments to read through our procedure protocols, procedure consent form, and complete a brief client profile and health history. Once you have submitted these three forms, a LL Licensed Permanent Cosmetic Practitioner (LPCP) will contact you to further discuss your procedure of choice and answer any remaining questions you may have. Our LPCP will then schedule your procedure and take a $100 deposit which will go towards your procedure.
